Parents,
The Tuloso-Midway I.S.D. Mariachi will be hosting our fall concert fundraiser "Noche de Gala" on November 16,2019. Please observe the following information:
Event: "Noche de Gala" Concert and Fundraiser
When: November 16, 2019
Where: Tuloso Midway High School Commons
Time: Doors will open at 5:30pm
Tickets are $10.00 (no charge for children under 5 years of age) and includes the following:
Enchiladas, rice, and beans dinner plate, Tea, Mariachi Concert, and Silent Auction.
Band students at the TM Middle School and High School will be recieving a booklet of 5 numbered tickets and a selling goal.
Middle School goal: 2 tickets
High School goal: 4 tickets
All Mariachi Students (Middle and High School) goal: 5 tickets
When money is turned in, a receipt will be given specific to the numbered tickets sold. Those numbered tickets will be granted access into the event. If the students are unable to sell the tickets assigned to them, kindly return them so that we can try to sell them. Any tickets unsold will be marked as unsold and will not be granted access into the event.
Pre-sale tickets will be sold until November 12, 2019. All money for pre-sale tickets must be turned in by November 12, 2019.
A limited number of tickets will be availabe at the door on the date of the event.
There will be no "meal only " tickets and there will be no refunds or exchanges. The ticket price is for General Admission.
Thank you for your constant support! Band parents, if you are able and willing to volunteer and help on the day of the event, or if you have items to donate for our silent auction, please let us know via e-mail: econstante@tmisd.us
This fundraiser will benefit the TMISD mariachi program as we move forward to a year full of new experiences!

Here is a picture version of our order form sent out today (October 4, 2019).
Please read the instructions carefully. This is the shirt that the students must wear on band trips and band events. Note: 7th and 8th graders will not wear this to any concerts or competitions, but will need it for their end of the year trip.
