In 1985, I graduated from Texas A&I University with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education—Math and All Level PE. I was also a member of the Javelina Cross Country and Track team. In 1998, I graduated from Texas A&M-CC with a master’s degree in Education Administration. I have taught and coached at Mathis, Rockport, Gonzales, and Tuloso-Midway. I have been at TM since 1993. Some of my greatest accomplishments in coaching have been winning state in Gonzales in 1991 and 1992 with the boys’ cross country team. In 1992, the Gonzales girls’ cross country team placed second in state. In 2001, the Tuloso-Midway boys’ cross country team won state. There are also individual state champions in cross country and track & field that I feel fortunate to have coached. I am married, and I have two sons in the Tuloso-Midway schools. ««««««««««
