In order to be eligible  for the end of the year field trip the following  must be  meet:      

 
1.  You must attend 9 out of the 114 meetings.

2.  You must work at least 1 concession stands out of the 5 that are scheduled.

3.  Everybody must work the Spanish club dance. Oct.  22, 2015

4.  Be in good standings, academically and behavioral wise in school.

 
**** The only time you are excused from attending a meeting or     working the concession stand is if you are participating in a school related  U.I.L. event.   But you must sign in throughout the day of the meeting.  If you fail to sign in you are consider to be absent unless you were participating in a school related out of town U.I.L. event.  Being in tutorial does not count as an excused absent.
