1. Tennis shoes are required! The students must wear shoes with good rubber soles and support. Many times we are in the gym participating in running activities and as the weather gets better we will running the mile.
2. Wear appropriate clothes! Dress comfortably for exercising on the floor as well as other activities in the gym.
3. Students are required to participate in P.E. class for at least 150 minutes per week. If students are sick parents must send a written note excusing them, after 3 days a doctor's note is expected.
4. Come to class with a positive attitude.
