This weekend, on Saturday, will be a workshop offered to the public and the Deaf community.  It will be from 1-2 pm and will be interpreted.  

Workshop will be about how the government shutdown can and will effect different programs such as: 

Social Security benefits
Disability benefits
WIC benefits
Foodstamp benefits
Medicaid and many more

Students will need to sign in and notate on thier contact log that they attended.  Teacher present will sign to confirm.
